The city of Alamosa is on a water restriction. They have had a salmonella out break and the water is the only common factor they have found so far. So we are on bottled water restrictions. We can boil water for dishes. They are going to start flushing out our water on Tuesday. So there will be all ki
nds of nasty chemicals in the water. I decided to plan ahead and boil some extra water for sponge baths and dishes. So we filled an 18 gallon rubbermaid tub of boiled water. Now we will just have to warm it as needed. Hopefully we can make it last until the water is all clean. We will just have to use it wisely because the water restriction could be on for two weeks.
